Demolition, Base Stone, and Asphalt Paving at a local tire company

Beginning of the project.

When a local tire company needed to abandon their existing entrance/exit into the warehouse yard; and construct a new entrance/exit, the company hired to do the project was Phaltless, Inc. This type of work is right up our alley. Phaltless has the right tools and the manpower to do all the work necessary to get the job done right, and on time.   This particular job required a lot of new layout and engineering because the new entrance/exit needed to be wide enough and strong enough to accommodate tractor trailers on a daily basis. Concrete Patio Installation at a residential site

Phaltless, inc. is capable of completing concrete jobs both large and small. With an in-house finishing crew that is second to none, our concrete jobs turn out looking great every time.   At this particular job, Phaltless was contracted to renovate the driveway. Prior to starting the work on the driveway, the customer mentioned that he would like a paved surface for his HVAC unit and aluminum boat to sit on. Milling and Asphalt Patching on a Residential Driveway

One of the more effective ways to repair asphalt that is failing is to use a milling machine that grinds up the old asphalt and then patching the area with new asphalt after the millings have been removed.   That is how Phaltless, Inc. recently repaired an area that was failing due to root damage for a residential customer.  The entire area was first milled with a milling machine attachment that is attached to our Bobcat Skid Steer Track Loader.
