Check out these Driveways that were paved by Phaltless, Inc. The Condominium Association hired Phaltless, Inc. to come back and pave more driveways when they saw the results from the driveways that we had paved previously. The same paving practices were used as before. The areas that were in need of repair were patched prior to placing the asphalt using cement treated base. Each repair area was dug out to a depth of six (6) inches and spoiled materials were hauled off site. The management team at Chattanooga State Technical Community College had another plan for a road project that they wanted to complete before the holidays. The job entailed utility location, milling up an existing asphalt roadway, removing topsoil, grading, soil cement, and asphalt paving. There were very stiff time constraints as to when the job could be completed because the section of road involved is a very heavily traveled one way drive behind the school. When a storm caused a tree to fall across this driveway, the customer decided to repair the driveway by placing a new layer of asphalt. The tree caused an indention in the asphalt driveway. The remedy for this was to place a new layer of asphalt. Phaltless came in and went to work. First, the transitions into the garage, at the sidewalks, and next to the catch basins were milled with a milling machine to ensure smoothness between the new layer of asphalt and the existing concrete after completion. The owner of this driveway on Signal Mountain near Chattanooga TN knew exactly who to call when it was time to overlay their lower drive with a new layer of asphalt and seal coat there upper driveway. Chattanooga State Technical Community contracted Phaltless Inc. for another road project. This project required milling a layer of asphalt, hauling it off site, and re-paving a roadway. This particular road had experienced a great deal of heavy construction traffic and was showing signs of failure. The remedy for this was to mill the old layer of asphalt with a milling machine. The milligns were loaded into a dump truck and hauled off site. Another fine road project from Phaltless, Inc. Phaltless Inc. worked closely with the representative from the college to remove a section of roadway at a busy intersection and shift it to make the intersection more useable for larger vehicles. The job required a lot of coordination, labor, and equipment to complete it in a short period of time before school was back in session.
