Chattanooga State Technical Community contracted Phaltless Inc. for another road project. This project required milling a layer of asphalt, hauling it off site, and re-paving a roadway. This particular road had experienced a great deal of heavy construction traffic and was showing signs of failure. The remedy for this was to mill the old layer of asphalt with a milling machine. The milligns were loaded into a dump truck and hauled off site. Milling and Full Depth Reclamation in an Intersection at Chattanooga State Technical Community College

Another fine road project from Phaltless, Inc. Phaltless Inc. worked closely with the representative from the college to remove a section of roadway at a busy intersection and shift it to make the intersection more useable for larger vehicles. The job required a lot of coordination, labor, and equipment to complete it in a short period of time before school was back in session. The Property Manager and Condominium's Owner's Association at Heritage Landing Condominiums in Chattanooga, TN decided that it was time to address some driveway issues. There were a number of driveways that were showing signs of pavement deterioration. The end of the summer can mean very tight schedules for school administrators trying to get last minute repairs taken care of before the first day of the school year. Contractors have to work within tight parameters to get work completed on schedule. That is just what Phaltless, Inc. did at Chattanooga State Community College. Phaltless used Soil Cement Stabilization to repair and overlay a section of the parking lot that was deteriorating next to the softball fields. Asphalt Overlay on Signal Mountain near Chattanooga, TN

Phaltless Inc. was recently hired to overlay this driveway on Signal Mountain near Chattanooga, TN. The homeowner chose Phaltless Inc. because the driveway was a demanding project that required expert operation of equipment and attention to detail. Not only were there drainage concerns around the garage; but the driveway had a steep grade and sharp curve which requires experience and concentration from personnel. After evaluating the condition of the parking lot at McMahan Law Firm, Phaltless, Inc. came to the conclusion that the best way to repair the asphalt was to perform an asphalt overlay.
