After the pug mix base stone was installed - ready for asphalt paving

With all the growth and expansion going on at the Memorial North Park Hospital, some asphalt paving had to take place to install temporary drive lanes during the construction process. Phaltless was hired to place the asphalt. The site was prepared by the site contractor. They demo'd the existing curb and topsoil in the proposed areas. After the areas were put on grade, they installed the pug mix base stone that would serve as the foundation for the asphalt paving. When a local tire company needed to abandon their existing entrance/exit into the warehouse yard; and construct a new entrance/exit, the company hired to do the project was Phaltless, Inc. This type of work is right up our alley. Phaltless has the right tools and the manpower to do all the work necessary to get the job done right, and on time. Milling and Asphalt Patching on a Residential Driveway

One of the more effective ways to repair asphalt that is failing is to use a milling machine that grinds up the old asphalt and then patching the area with new asphalt after the millings have been removed. Full Depth Reclamation at Rechoboth Baptist Church in Soddy Daisy TN

The fine people at Rechoboth Baptist Church needed some help with the back driveway that leads up to the rear parking lot. Due to sub-base issues, the road was failing badly and required Full Depth Reclamation to properly repair the road. After negotiating a price that the church was happy with, Phaltless scheduled the work to start as soon as possible. The job began with demoing the extruded concrete curbing that was on each side of the road. Grading and Asphalt Paving on a Residential Driveway

One of our regular commercial customers called us to look at a residential driveway that was needing some attention. The driveway was a long one, approximately 1,200' long that started out as a long straight away and then went up a hill to a concrete pad that led to the house and garage. The driveway had a good gravel base that required some prep work with a motor grader and a smooth drum vibratory roller.
