Seal Coating at Temple Baptist Church

Seal coating asphalt is an inexpensive way to maintain your property and protect the investment you have in your parking lot. Asphalt that is aging  can be crack sealed and sprayed with two (2) coats of sealer. Recently the Volkswagen dealership in Chattanooga, TN installed some new underground utilities which required some asphalt patching after they were installed.   The contractor that was doing the work at the dealership hired Phaltless to come in and complete the work. This was a very difficult job to do; because there was a lot of prep work that needed to be done prior to placing the asphalt. When the owner decided to renovate a small building in downtown Chattanooga to open a Fitness Facility, they were looking for cost effective ways to update the property while staying within a tight budget. Asphalt Patching at Memorial North Park Hospital

After the pug mix base stone was installed - ready for asphalt paving

With all the growth and expansion going on at the Memorial North Park Hospital, some asphalt paving had to take place to install temporary drive lanes during the construction process. Phaltless was hired to place the asphalt. The site was prepared by the site contractor. They demo'd the existing curb and topsoil in the proposed areas. Demolition, Base Stone, and Asphalt Paving at a local tire company

Beginning of the project.

When a local tire company needed to abandon their existing entrance/exit into the warehouse yard; and construct a new entrance/exit, the company hired to do the project was Phaltless, Inc. This type of work is right up our alley.
