When it comes to pavement repairs, Phaltless can get the job done quickly, effectively, and within your budget. This particular project involved some full depth repair, filling potholes, and base stone installation. The full depth repair area was out in the middle of the parking lot. Therefore, there is a great deal of traffic that drives over it on a daily basis. Soil Cement Treatment at Invista in Chattanooga TN

Due to the amount of heavy traffic over the years, the asphalt drives at Invista in Chattanooga, TN had taken a lot of abuse. The roads were failing in places and needing to be replaced. The company put together an engineered plan that involved pulverizing the old asphalt, treating the soil with cement, and then paving the areas with roller compacted concrete. Grading and Asphalt Paving on a Residential Driveway

One of our regular commercial customers called us to look at a residential driveway that was needing some attention. The driveway was a long one, approximately 1,200' long that started out as a long straight away and then went up a hill to a concrete pad that led to the house and garage. The driveway had a good gravel base that required some prep work with a motor grader and a smooth drum vibratory roller. Asphalt Overlay(s) in Heritage Landing in Chattanooga, TN

Check out these Driveways that were paved by Phaltless, Inc. The Condominium Association hired Phaltless, Inc. to come back and pave more driveways when they saw the results from the driveways that we had paved previously. The same paving practices were used as before. The areas that were in need of repair were patched prior to placing the asphalt using cement treated base. Each repair area was dug out to a depth of six (6) inches and spoiled materials were hauled off site. Road Improvements and Construction at Chattanooga State Technical Community College

The management team at Chattanooga State Technical Community College had another plan for a road project that they wanted to complete before the holidays. The job entailed utility location, milling up an existing asphalt roadway, removing topsoil, grading, soil cement, and asphalt paving. There were very stiff time constraints as to when the job could be completed because the section of road involved is a very heavily traveled one way drive behind the school. Asphalt Patching and Repairs at The Terrace at Mountain Creek

The fine people at the Terrace at Mountain Creek called Phaltless, Inc. when they had an area in there parking lot that was rutting. Because the area was not large, the best way to fix the issue was to dig the spoiled material out and replace it with cement treated base and asphalt topping. The area pictured was first saw cut and removed to a depth of six (6) inches. We then filled the patch with four (4) inches of cement treated base and rolled it to compaction. Paving area(s) before the base stone and asphalt was placed

The contractor awarded Phaltless, Inc. the additions to the parking lot, when the church moved forward with a project to construct a new gymnasium. The project involved both light duty and heavy duty asphalt paving. Once the dirt was on grade and ready to be covered with the base stone, we furnished and installed eight (8) inches of pug mix base material and rolled it to compaction. The pug mix base material was graded with a motor grader to achieve proper drainage and rolled to compaction with a smooth drum vibratory roller. The base stone was allowed to cure and harden.
