Check out these Driveways that were paved by Phaltless, Inc. The Condominium Association hired Phaltless, Inc. to come back and pave more driveways when they saw the results from the driveways that we had paved previously. The same paving practices were used as before. The areas that were in need of repair were patched prior to placing the asphalt using cement treated base. Each repair area was dug out to a depth of six (6) inches and spoiled materials were hauled off site. Road Improvements and Construction at Chattanooga State Technical Community College

The management team at Chattanooga State Technical Community College had another plan for a road project that they wanted to complete before the holidays. The job entailed utility location, milling up an existing asphalt roadway, removing topsoil, grading, soil cement, and asphalt paving. There were very stiff time constraints as to when the job could be completed because the section of road involved is a very heavily traveled one way drive behind the school. Centro Properties Management hired Phaltless, Inc. to perform the repairs, seal coating, and striping necessary to update the parking lot and driveways at the East Ridge Crossing Property in East Ridge, TN. The main tenant on the property was the Food Lion; so we had to work very closely with them to expedite the project and not be an inconvenience to the customers coming in and out of the grocery store. Alexian Brothers has been a longtime customer of Phaltless Inc. They trust the fine people at Phaltless to come through when they need work done on their parking lots. Whether it is filling a pothole, seal coating a parking lot, or re-paving an entire parking lot, they know who to call. Another fine road project from Phaltless, Inc. Phaltless Inc. worked closely with the representative from the college to remove a section of roadway at a busy intersection and shift it to make the intersection more useable for larger vehicles. The job required a lot of coordination, labor, and equipment to complete it in a short period of time before school was back in session. The Property Manager and Condominium's Owner's Association at Heritage Landing Condominiums in Chattanooga, TN decided that it was time to address some driveway issues. There were a number of driveways that were showing signs of pavement deterioration. The end of the summer can mean very tight schedules for school administrators trying to get last minute repairs taken care of before the first day of the school year. Contractors have to work within tight parameters to get work completed on schedule. That is just what Phaltless, Inc. did at Chattanooga State Community College. The road at this property was heavily damaged due to construction traffic. Tandem dump trucks had hauled many heavy loads across the asphalt road causing pavement fatigue and failure. The most cost effective and long term way to fix this was by using Full Depth Reclamation. Full Depth Reclamation on Damaged Road in Hamilton County

This particular road was a prime candidate for full depth reclamation using cement. The road was deteriorating rapidly due to the amount of cracks in the surface of the asphalt. These cracks were allowing water intrusion which leads to base failure. The most cost effective way to fix this road was to use full depth reclamation with cement. The existing asphalt, base stone, and sub base was pulverized at a depth of twelve (12) inches using a reclaimer machine.
