Seal Coating at the Montessori School in Downtown Chattanooga, TN

After the parking lot and drive was sealed and striped

With time running out in the summer vacation, the administrators at The Montessori School were wanting to get the parking lots and driveways ready for the new school year. It had been a while since the parking lot had been sealed and striped and the lines were fading making it difficult to see the parking spaces and directional arrows. Sealing and Striping at The University of Tennessee at Chattanooga

Phaltless, Inc. was happy to get the parking lot maintenance work at The University of Tennessee at Chattanooga. Not only is the University going to re-seal 10 parking lots; but they are also going to perform some asphalt patching and repairs on various other parking lots too. Each lot is thoroughly cleaned of debris before the sealer is applied to the asphalt. This will help ensure bonding of the sealer to the old asphalt.
